WEEKLY INTERACTION AND SUPPORT STARTS
Throughout the week you’ll attend fun supervised classes at our gym. When you’re not here with us, your coach will be checking in and educating you every step of the way. What’s a macronutrient? How much protein should I eat per day? We’ll keep you focused on the right things and bring you along without stressing you out.
RECEIVE ASSESSMENTS FROM YOUR COACH TO TRACK CHANGES
Every 6 weeks you’ll meet in person with your coach for a body composition and progress assessment. You’ll leave knowing where you stand, what’s next, and with a sore hand from excessive high fives.
