Join Trainer Eileen McNally virtually as she takes you through an EMOM (Every Minute On The Minute) workout and Yoga!
EMOM will consist of: 5 movements , 5 rounds, 40 secs on, 20 secs off (30-ish minutes)
Yoga: engage in foundational yoga poses and breathing techniques as you cool down from the EMOM workout (15 mins)
Members and Non-members are welcomed!

- When: Tuesdays 5:30pm & Thursdays @ 8:30am
- Where: entirely virtual via Zoom
- What’s Needed: yoga mat, a set of dumbbells, and access to computer/Zoom
- Cost: 8 sessions offered in total (options below):
