Jen is currently a Fitness Practitioner at Applied Fitness Solutions. She graduated in April of 2013 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University. She holds certifications for TRX Suspension Training, as well as Personal Training through the American College of Sports Medicine.
Following graduation, Jen gained experience working in the Corporate Wellness industry for a local studio in Grand Rapids, MI where she worked as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Corporate Wellness Coordinator. Her daily routine consisted of all things wellness; providing fitness and nutrition programs for the working population on and off site.
She has found that through her time in the fitness industry, her passion for health and wellness has grown and flourished through every relationship she has built over the years with clients. She is looking forward to continuing to educate clients on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and to encourage and motivate others to achieve their health and fitness goals.
