Dan Hill is a Fitness Instructor for Applied Fitness Solutions. He went to Eastern Michigan University and graduated in December 2016 with a Bachelor of Exercise Science Magna Cum Laude. He is a competitive powerlifter and has participated in five powerlifting meets, earning first place in the last four in his respective age and weight classes. His passion for fitness started because he was overweight for most of his life and even classified as obese for an extended period of time. After he graduated high school he became very interested in health and fitness and was determined to improve himself, see what he could accomplish and what kind of potential he had. At some point he realized that he could turn that drive into a career path and decided to try it. It was one of the best decisions of his life and he’s never looked back.
