Chris Eskin is a Fitness Practitioner at Applied Fitness Solutions. He graduated from Wayne State University in August 2013 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology, exercise and sports science. Chris is currently a Master’s of Science candidate at Oakland University in exercise science. Chris also holds a certified personal training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine.

Chris has always been a physically active individual, but once he attended Wayne State University and began pursuing a degree in exercise science he knew that helping individuals reach their health and wellness goals was his passion in life. Prior to graduating from Wayne State, he interned as an exercise physiologist at the University of Michigan health system as well as a strength and conditioning coach at Barwis Methods.

Chris has experience working with special population clients, from spinal cord and traumatic brain injury individual, to individuals suffering from metabolic syndrome. Chris looks forward to working with the vast clientele base at AFS and becoming a major player in helping them reach all their health and fitness goals.
