Join Trainer Eileen McNally for this 4 week virtual experience the month of February as she takes you through a HIIT Flow and Journal Process!
Each class will include a specific theme/message.
We will move through some yoga flows and intentional movements (HIIT intervals, etc) to release + let go in Body, Mind, and Heart.
We will end class with meditation + a journal prompt.
Members and Non-members are welcomed!

- When: will run the month of March on Sundays @ 10:30am
- Where: entirely virtual via Zoom
- What’s Needed: yoga mat, and access to computer/Zoom
- Cost: $70– 4 sessions, $20 – drop in
