To the health care worker,
If you haven’t heard it yet today: thank you. Thank you for your bravery on the front lines of one of the most challenging years (yes, it’s been almost a year now) many of us have experienced. COVID came in and you banded together in what some would consider an honorably efficient group effort to save the world. To the workers in filled units; the ones helping those whose health as been indirectly impacted by the pandemic; the ones behind the scenes that the rest of the world is depending on, testing, experimenting, and researching what we can do to stay healthy and safe; and everyone else who proudly works to better the health of a population: you are appreciated.
But here’s the thing: serving as the front line against a modern pandemic can probably get exhausting, physically and mentally. As fitness professionals, we know how stress and overworking can negatively impact one’s overall well-being and habitual behaviors related to their health. So we get it: sometimes, you need a little bit of help sticking to things like your own health. That’s where we can help.
You’re appreciated, yes, but we want to help you feel appreciated. Which is why we’re extending our classes to you, for free, for the whole month of February.
What kind of classes?
- Fitness Solution (FS) classes: one-hour, circuit-style, full-body blaster to keep your heart rate up and your muscles fully engaged. Got a question or need some help? A certified fitness professional is there to provide cueing and help throughout the class.
- Strength Solution (SS) classes: custom-made workouts specific to your goals related to building muscle and strength, with the help of a coach to make sure you’re getting the most out of each movement.
